1. Before starting
   Always begin the treatment at night, by brushing teeth before use.
2. Applying the gel
   Each whitening gel contains 1 ml so enough gel for a single whitening treatment. Open the cap, press the syringe and apply 0.5ml of the gel to the top of the mouth tray, and other 0.5 ml to the bottom of the mouth tray.
3. Starting the treatment
   Power on the LED device by pressing the button, and place it in your mouth. Leave it for 10 minutes then remove it from your mouth. Rinse mouth thoroughly with clear water.
4. Maintaining the device
   After a treatment, always separate the mouth tray from the LED device before cleaning with clear water.
