- Applying the gel
Each whitening gel contains 1 ml so enough gel for a single whitening treatment. Open the cap, press the syringe and apply 0.5ml of the gel to the top of the mouth tray, and other 0.5 ml to the bottom of the mouth tray. Closed the cap after use. - What is included
